Tom Harle in a simulation
Tom draws on his background in experience design and performance to steer complex multinational organisations through transitions towards more dynamic products that can adapt to users’ shifting contexts and timeframes.
Tom’s Manchester studio ‘Everybody Go’ looks to build collective momentum in teams inside these organisations, instilling resilience through group movement, future casting, imagineering and rapid incremental delivery.
