Fotini Stamatelopoulou

- all by themselves -

- all by themselves -

A non-stop fall, a state of exhaustion, a city that never quite sleeps. The performance inhabits a space of continuous anticipation through a series of spoken fragments, repetitions, contradictions, confessions, refusals and interrupted thoughts. An ever-unfolding text moves through personal and collective uncertainties, where time loses its boundaries, bodies and language remain caught between exhaustion, resistance and rage. Somewhere between a promise, a failure and a possibility.

This performance revisits and rearranges a collection of spoken-word texts written by the

artist over the past two years.
